I am hoping to purchase new carpet cleaning equipment this new year. I know that it is rather important for me to replace some of my older machines. Clients have been noticing that they are just not getting the results that they want anymore. I think that it is because our machines are not functioning as well as they used to. In order to keep getting referrals to new clients, I have to impress the ones that I have. As a contractor, I know that my job ends as soon as I am done with the client, so I must try to gain new ones by impressing the old ones. The new machines will serve my commercial customers quite well because they will be more powerful. I feel like it is really up to me to make the changes and improvements to my company, and a good cleaning job begins with good machines.
