Watch out for the quiet ones; they may be the ones to torpedo your business.

Count on Gary Vaynerchuk (aka @GaryVee) to understand the fact that unhappy customers have a much BIGGER impact on companies and brands than happy customers do.

The takeaway lesson here is to always ask for feedback. But don’t settle for feedback alone.
