Leon Leonwood Bean (L.L. Bean) really knew his stuff. Kudos!

I have been an L.L. Bean fan for a long time, especially their awesome Oxford Cloth button-down shirts for men.

Now I have another reason to like this company — its founder: Leon Leonwood Bean.

I am AB-SO-LUTE-LY convinced it is NOT enough to have good products/services and/or “reasonable” prices. In today’s hyper-connected world, it is critical to also have awesome customer service.

Which is just another reason why I love this quote from L.L. Bean.
